Amsterdam Armoire Cabinet
Amsterdam Armoire is a typically Dutch design, a traditional piece of furniture taking on a contemporary form. Made from specially printed ‘High Pressure Laminate’ the design in both decorative and functional, with upper and lower cabinets and a central drawer across the full width. Special details include two front feet made of pink hand-blown glass and still life pictures printed on the inside of the cabinet doors. These still lives are made in collaboration with the Dutch photographers Maurice Scheltens & Liesbeth Abbenes.
Front panel: multicolour grid pattern, inside door panels: black and white still life photography, cabinet and drawer interior: grey grid pattern, sides and back panels: grey, front feet: pink glass
