This situation is history with Stelton's new classic paper towel holder. Not only is it a small design gem in the kitchen or living room with its beautiful cylinder. It is also an example of how you can eliminate the little annoyances of everyday life with simple measures and good design.
The holder does not have a handle just a small lid, which keeps the roll in place, and can be raised or lowered according to the width of the roll.
In the base is a also a groove, keeping the paper in place and makes it easy to tear off.
Non-slip rubber bottom which also protects the table surface.
